Surface preparation
Surfaces should be sanded, clean, dry, free of dust, grease, oils and moisture. Clean, dry and well-set soil (28 days). Residual soil moisture: Less than 6% Preferably with roughness to improve adhesion. On unpainted surfaces: Apply 3 layers. First hand diluting (maximum 10%) with FAST DRYING SYNTHETIC DILUENT (Ref. 9971), second and third hand to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%). On surfaces with old paint: Remove paint in poor condition and proceed as on unpainted surfaces. On surfaces with old paint in good condition: Sand and clean the surface and apply two hands to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%). For difficult supports (aged chlororubber paints, PVC, plastics, ceramic supports, etc.): Use the WHITE MATTE WATER EPOXY PRIMER (Ref. J6744) with MATTE WATER EPOXY PRIMER CATALYST (Ref. K0864) (See technical sheet) or consult the Technical Department.
Before applying
Application temperature: Higher than 8ºC. Support temperature: Above 5ºC. Ambient relative humidity: Less than 75%. Residual soil moisture to be applied: Less than 6%
How to use
Remove the contents of the container well. Prepare the amount to use. Mix component A with component B: 1 parts component A with 1 part component B (by weight). It is supplied in two packages: Component A and Component B. The packaging of Component A is not provided filled in order to incorporate the entire contents of Component B. Shake until fully incorporated (mixing machine). Let stand 9-10 minutes. Apply with good air renewal, in thin, uniform and well-extended layers. Percentage of application, Brush and Roller: Fast Drying Synthetic Thinner (Ref. 9971) 1st hand diluted (5 – 10%), 2nd and 3rd hand to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%)
Storage
Store in a cool place. Do not store open or started containers.
