Surface preparation
Surfaces should be sanded, clean, dry, free of dust, grease, oils and moisture. Clean, dry and well-set soil (28 days). Preferably with roughness to improve adhesion. On unpainted surfaces: apply 3 hands: the 1st hand slightly diluted (maximum 5%), the 2nd and 3rd to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%). On surfaces with old paints: Remove paint in poor condition and proceed as on unpainted surfaces. For difficult supports (aged chlororubber paints, PVC, plastics, ceramic supports, etc.): Use the WHITE MATTE WATER EPOXY PRIMER (Ref. J6744) with MATTE WATER EPOXY PRIMER CATALYST (Ref. K0864) (See technical sheet) or consult the Technical Department.
Before applying
Application temperature: Higher than 12ºC less than 30ºC. Support temperature:Higher than 8ºC. Ambient relative humidity:Less than 80%. Residual soil moisture to be applied: Less than 6%
How to use
Remove the contents of the container well. Prepare the amount to use: Proportion of the mixture (by weight): 8 parts of "A" and 1 part of "B". The packaging of Component A is not provided filled in order to incorporate the entire contents of Component B. Shake until full incorporation. (Mixing machine). Let stand for 10 minutes. Apply with good air renewal, in thin, uniform and well-extended layers. Percentage of application, Brush and Roller: The 1st hand slightly diluted with Water (maximum 5%), the 2nd and 3rd to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%)
Storage
Store in a cool place. Do not store open or started containers.
