Surface preparation
Surfaces should be sanded, clean, dry, free of dust, grease, oils and moisture. On unpainted surfaces: Sand, clean, brush, remove dust, grease, oil, saltpeter, scale, mold and other elements that can affect the anchorage and leave preferably with roughness to improve adhesion. On surfaces with old paint: Remove paint in poor condition and proceed as on unpainted surface. Apply the following preparations: On surfaces of cement mortars and derivatives, either dry and set: Apply the same product or as a preparation, apply SELLAFOND TO WATER (Ref. 1894) or SELLAFOND (Ref. 1764). On surfaces of cement mortars in poor condition, with lime, saltpeter, etc: Remove lime and saltpeter and seal properly with SELLAFOND (Ref. 1764). On steel and iron: Apply WHITE ANTIOXIDANT PRIMER (Ref. A1960). On galvanized and light metals: Apply WHITE MULTI-ADHERENT PRIMER (Ref. A1994). Then apply two minimum layers of product.
Before applying
Application temperature: Higher than 5ºC. Support temperature: Higher than 5ºC. Ambient relative humidity: Less than 80%. Support humidity: Less than 6%.
How to use
Remove the contents of the container well. Apply with good air renewal, in thin, uniform and well-extended layers. Recommendations before applying. Do not apply to the direct sun, or with morning spray. Add water to the pool after a week of application. New pool: Allow a month to pass, once built, before painting. Percentage of application: Brush and Roller: Water, 1st hand diluted 10-15%. Other in use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%). Airless gun, depending on the nozzle and pressure chosen.
Storage
Store in a cool place. Do not store open or started containers.
