Surface preparation

Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, saltpeter, mold, moss, oils, moisture, chipped and consistent. On new unpainted surfaces: Concrete: removal of formwork. Cement mortars, fiber cement and other construction materials: open the pore and create slight roughness to favor adhesion by sanding or other mechanical means. Apply 2 – 3 crossed layers: the 1st diluted by 5 – 10% water, the 2nd and 3rd to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%). On soft surfaces (mortars, concrete, fiber cement in poor condition) or with saltpeters, old plastic paints, lime and other paints: Remove soft, crumbly, chipped parts, molds and moisture. Also remove lime and saltpeters. Seal properly with SELLAFOND (Ref .1764) and proceed as in the previous case.

Before applying

Application temperature: Above 5ºC. Ambient relative humidity: Less than 80%. Support temperature above 8ºC.

How to use

Remove the contents of the container well. Apply in uniform layers. Apply with good air renewal. Application to brush, roller and gun. Do not apply if there is a risk of rain and frost. It is not convenient to apply in full sun and with high temperatures of the support. Percentage of application: Brush and Roller, Water, The 1st hand slightly diluted (maximum 10%), the 2nd to use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%), Gun, Dilute depending on the nozzle and pressure used.

Storage

Store in a cool place. Do not store open or started containers.
