Surface preparation
On unprotected surfaces: Clean, sand and remove dust, grease, oil, waxes and small imperfections. On surfaces with already aged protectors: Sand and remove dust. On surfaces with aged and deteriorated varnish: Remove these layers and proceed as in the previous cases.
Before applying
Do not apply with temperatures above 8ºC. Ambient relative humidity below 80%. Support humidity less than 20%.
How to use
Remove the contents of the container well. Apply the recommended layers with good air renewal, in thin, uniform and well-extended layers. Exceptionally apply 4 hands, depending on the orientation and environmental conditions where the surface is exposed. If with less than 3 - 4 hands the desired tone is obtained, apply the following hands with BARPIDECOR TO COLORLESS WATER (Ref. 2801). Use BARPIDECOR TO COLORLESS WATER (Ref. 2801) only to renew woods already treated with color or to attenuate other tones. On tropical woods apply previously, depending on the type of wood, 1 – 2 hands of INSULATING SEALANT TROPICAL WOODS (Ref. I6860). As a complement to the treatment, apply BARPIDECOR BOTTOM primer (Ref. B6811) Percentage of application: Brush, 1st hand to use or slightly diluted with water (maximum 5%). Next hands apply undiluted. Water Gun Depending on the nozzle and pressure used in the application. Immersion, On use or slightly diluted (maximum 5%). Immersion time: 4 to 6 minutes
Storage
Store in a cool place. Do not store open or started containers.
